Summer Football Weightlifting begins this morning, June 5th. Any interested athlete wishing to play football in the fall is encouraged to attend. There are four sessions each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Session times for Monday and Wednesday are:

7:30 (Preferred Varsity/JV)

9:30 (Preferred B-Team)

11:30 (Preferred Varsity/JV)

2:30 (Any Level)

Session Times for Friday are:

7:30 (Preferred Varsity.JV)

9:30 (Any Level)

*****Athletes must have a physical dated after April 1st, 2017 and a concussion awareness form on file. Forms can be found under the Sports Medicine Tab, or picked up from outside the weight room. *****
