Multiple Teams · Knights and Hawks Have Competitive First Passing League

Stratford and Hanahan were finally able to get out on to the field against another team on Wednesday morning at Stratford. After two rain outs last week, the Knights and Hawks competed against each other in a 7 on 7, at Stratford, with both teams getting solid work. The Knights were able to work several players at each position and saw several positive things to begin the passing league season for the summer. On defense, Stratford was able to force three takeaways, with Jordan Judge, Malachi Bell, and Alex Wicker recording interceptions for the Knights. Quarterbacks Ryan Robinson, Ellison Green, and Travis Lott all had nice passes on the day, while receivers Sincere Brown, Jonathan Boags stood out. Mario Anderson, Akiel Wright, and E.J. Jackson, stood out at running back for the Knights. The Knights are scheduled to play tomorrow at Cane Bay. They will take on Timberland, James Island, Cross, and West Ashley.
