Knights News · Tolar Selected Into The South Carolina Athletic Coaches Association Hall of Fame

Former Head Softball Coach Debra Tolar has been selected to the SCACA Hall of Fame. Tolar, who was honored last season with the field at Stratford being named after her, led the Lady Knights program for 28 seasons, winning 728 games in her 31 year career. Her final victory came in the 2016 State Championship game against Byrnes High School. The win was her second state championship, with the first coming in 1996. Under her watch, the Lady Knights won 19 region championships and were state runner up on three different occasions. She garnered state coach of the year honors and region coach of the year honors multiple times in her career. Congratulations to Coach Tolar on this honor.
