Public Notice – Sale of Surplus Property

Berkeley County School District utilizes the GovDeals auction site to sell surplus supplies and equipment. Items are placed for sale on the site throughout the year.  For any items that do not sell on GovDeals after multiple attempts, may be sold on eBay.  Surplus items are sold “as is, where is” with no warranties or guarantees, stated or implied. If a public auction is deemed necessary, an announcement will be posted to the District’s webpage and advertised in local newspapers.  

Pursuant to 2022-2023 Budget Proviso 1.113 (Surplus Property)

Berkeley County School District has no qualifying district property that is available for transfer to governmental subdivisions or state agencies or for sale or lease.
