Baseball Open Season Continues Monday, January 11th, at 4:00 PM

Interested athletes in the 7th-12th grades are reminded that baseball open season practice continues Monday, January 11th, 4:00 PM. The Stratford Wrestling team continued their winning ways, picking up two team wins last night against Berkeley and Region foe James Island. Wrestlers Set To Take On Berkeley and James Island Wednesday

The Stratford Wrestlers are off to a good start this season, and they look to keep things going tonight as they face visiting Berkeley and James Island. The Knights are off to an 11-1 start in dual meets and the match against James Island will start the region slate. The matches begin at 6:00 PM.

Varsity Girls Basketball Falls To Hanahan

The Varsity Girls Basketball team fell to Hanahan Tuesday night at home 43-29. The Knights battled to a 12 all tie at the half. In the second half the Knights went up 20-15, but the Hawks battled back to take the lead 25-24 going into the fourth quarter. Hanahan would go on a 15-2 run

Locker Room Reminders

Athletes are reminded that Athletic Locker rooms are for IN-SEASON athletes only. Athletes participating in Open Season practices should not be using the locker rooms. Basketball Teams Return Home

The JV Boys and Girls Basketball Teams, as well as the Varsity Boys and Girls Basketball teams return home to face the Hanahan Hawks tonight. The JV Girls begin at 4:30 with the boys game immediately following. Varsity Girls begin at 7:00 with the Varsity Boys immediately following the conclusion of the girl’s game.

Football: After School Weightlifting Information

After school weightlifting has begun for all returning B-Team, JV, and Varsity Football players. Any player that played B-Team, JV, or Varsity football last season is encouraged to attend the after school weightlifting session.
