The Stratford Knights Varsity Football team concluded their first scrimmage this morning. The Knights defeated the Cougars 21-0 in a game like scrimmage at Colleton County High School. The Stratford Knights football team began their fall fundraiser on Wednesday. Players will be selling coupon cards, which have discounts or special promotions. The cost of the card is $20.00. The scrimmage scheduled for Friday, August 8th, at Colleton County will now begin at 9:00 am. All football players must report to Stratford by 6:15 am. The team buses will depart Stratford High School at 7:00 am.
STADIUM LIGHTING UPDATE Friday night lights will open up under brand new lights this fall. The installation of a new lighting system was completed this week, bringing added lighting to both the game and practice fields at Stratford. Each athlete is tested on a variety of skills and lifts ranging from bench and squat to cardiovascular endurance.
