The Stratford offense started early and provided plenty of support in the second and third innings to defeat Goose Creek 20-0 in three innings. The Knights didn't allow a hit with Bryce Herpolsheimer tossing the first two innings and Andrew Vareltzis throwing the bottom of the third. At the plate the Knights had 11 hits with Walt Argrett leading the way with three hits. Senior Gavin Garcia also had two hits on the night for Stratford.
The Knights return to the diamond Wednesday night at home for Senior night and wrap up the series on Friday at Goose Creek. Stratford is still in contention for the second place spot in Region 6-5A.
