The Stratford Knights will host the South Carolina High School Strength Coaches Association Region 8 Meet this evening. The meet will begin at approximately 6 PM and feature the following teams:
Stratford, Berkeley, Philip Simmons, Carolina Forest, Broome
Lifters will compete in the Broad Jump, Squat, and Bench Press.
The top 3 lifters from each weight class qualify for the State Meet.
There is a $5 entry fee for tonight's region qualifier.
